Private Coaching Sessions:
For puppies and dogs 5 months and older.
For some puppies and dogs, and even some humans, group classes can be too distracting or stressful, resulting in anxiety and frustration which impede learning. Or perhaps your dog knows the basics, but you’d like help with preventing, managing or resolving some issues. With Private Coaching, you get focussed, one-on-one attention in the comfort of your home. The minimum number of sessions for Private Coaching is two: an initial consultation and one follow-up. During the initial consultation, we will identify what you’d like to achieve, create an action plan, and start working toward your desired goal. In the follow-up we will refine technique and solidify your understanding of how to proceed on your own. The total number of sessions needed will depend on your goals and your dog’s training needs which we will discuss in our first meeting. All family members are encouraged to participate.
LOCATION: Your home and neighbourhood. Service area is limited to Vancouver.
COST: $290 Includes:

PRIVATE COACHING PACKAGES
Puppy Start Right One-on-One:
For puppies up to 5 months old.
Our Puppy Start Right One-on-One sessions provide you with the guidance you need to set your puppy up for success. We will discuss how to manage normal puppy behaviours such as crate and house training, chewing, nipping, jumping and more, and you will learn how to teach basic foundation skills such as Attention, Sit, Come, Targeting, Leave it/Drop it, Leash manners and more. We will also introduce your pup to novel items and sounds, and practice gentle handling for grooming and vet visits.
LOCATION: Your home and neighbourhood. Service area is limited to Vancouver.

Puppy Start Right e-book, online videos to support learning, and clicker (a $42+ value). Please note: use of a clicker is not required.

Life Skills One-on-One:
For puppies 5 months and older.
Life Skills are what help your puppy or dog “fit in” to the human world, in other words, to be regarded as polite or well-behaved. Through the use of rewards, your dog will learn to pay attention to you and to perform the basic foundation behaviours such as Sit, Down, Stand, Stay, Come, Loose-Leash Walking, Leave it/Drop it, Go to your mat, and more.
