New students must sign a liability waiver, in 1 of 2 ways:
1. Sign the Liability Waiver Online: Download form to your computer, open saved document, fill in and submit.  
OR
2. Sign the Liability Waiver hard copy: Download form, print, sign by hand, and email to info@heartsandhounds.ca

NOTE: Puppy Start Right Preschool and Puppy Kindergarten registrations require a signed veterinary certificate showing proof of vaccination, physical exam, fecal examination, and parasite prevention. Up-to-date vaccinations or positive titers are required for other classes.
